The Valle Natural Río Grande Association is
Since its inception, it has been fully twinned with the Algarbía Association in Transition, from Coín.
We admire their example, dedication and work. We use their social currency: the Algarve

The Association has been constantly in search of information, both locally and nationally/internationally.
Thus, in February 2021, we found the newly created Energy and Territory Alliance, ALIENTE, of which we immediately became a part.
Since then, participation in this platform has been very active, based on the principle of "Neither in my town, nor in yours".

The Coordinator in Defense of Río Grande It was created from the threat of construction of a dam or weir in Cerro Blanco, belonging to Río Grande in the area of Guaro, Alozaina and Coín. A threat for many years now and that appears again included in the new Hydrographic Plan 2021-2026
